I had an appointment today at 1:45 pm. I arrived at 1:38, filled out paperwork and waited for over 30 minutes to be seen. Other patients came in after me, went back and left. I can understand delays but it should have been communicated to me there would be a delay so I could have the choice to stay or reschedule. My time is important too. I will reschedule and return for my appointment. I am very pleased with Dr. Martin. I am just disappointed with office staff.

My visits are always nice I just think waiting over 45 minutes for the doctor in the exam room was a bit much this last time.

I’ve been going to Dr. Martin for many years and I’m very happy with her. When I go in I feel as though she listens to me and I always feel that she addresses my concerns. Her nurse practitioner is great also. The front desk staff and nurses have always been pleasant and capable. Really, going to this practice is one of the best experiences I’ve had with medical establishments.

I love Gretchen she is super sweet and remembers things I tell her. I am glad to be an established patient here. I have been a patient of hers for years now. The office was able to squeeze me in with my crazy work schedule. I am very thankful!
